Rules of the State Bar, Title 3 Div. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

Title 3 includes revised rules that conform to the new organizational structure of the Rules of the State Bar as well as rules that have not yet been revised. Revised and unrevised rules are distinguishable by their numbers. The number of a revised rule begins with the number 3 (for Title 3), which is followed by a period and then a sequential number. The number of an unrevised rule does not follow this pattern but conforms to an organizational scheme that applies to a particular topic.
